Booking & confirmation: We do not require deposit for the pre-reservation. Please show the email correspondence at our reception desk upon checking in, to prove our pre-confirmation. However, kindly email us at least 10 days prior to your supposed arrival date, if you wish to cancel the reservation. In case that the booking occurs within 10 days before your expected arrival date and you wish to cancel it, please provide us with an immediate notice
Pick-up service: Free pick up from Boat pier, ferry dock and airport is offered.
