ITINERARY

Wat Phnom
In the morning tour guide take you to visit Wat Phnom. Wat Phnom is a famous city landmark. Today Wat Phnom Penh remains the highest artificial hill in Phnnom Penh and center of many forms of leisurely. It is the capital of Cambodia was established in 1434 by King Ponhea Yat. Phnom Penh is conveniently located on the banks where four rivers converge, Upper Mekong, Lower Mekong, Tonle Sap and Bassak; a location known in Cambodia as Chatomuk or four faces.

National museum
On the same way detour to visit National museum. It houses Khmer art, especially sculptures from different periods of Cambodian history, 19th century dance costume, royal barges and palanquins. On display inside are more than 5,000 works of art.

Royal Palace
On The same detour to visit Royal Palace, it built in 1866 by King Norodom. The Royal Palace is now home to his Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk, King of Cambodia, and her Majesty Preah Reach Akka Mohesey Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, Queen. ThePalace consists of a number of structures set within a pagoda-styled compound. In awe-inspiring sight, the throne room (the main building) has a tiered roof topped by a 59- meters tower.

Silver Pagoda
After that walk through to Silver pagoda, located within the Royal Palace compound. The Silver pagoda is so named because of its floor, which is made up of 5,000 silver tiles. The treasures include a 90-kilo solid gold Buddha encrusted with 9,584 diamonds, a small 17th century emerald and baccarat crystal Buddha. Lunch at local restaurant./p>

Toul Sleng Museum
In the afternoon to visit Toul Sleng museum. The word “ Tuol Sleng “is recognized as the location where the Democratic Kampuchea( DK) regime ,more commonly know as the Khmer Rouge (KR) regime, set up a prison to detain individuals accused of opposing Angkar.However,in the Khmer language ,the word “Tuol Sleng “ connotes a terrible meaning is itself .It is perhaps only a strange coincidence that the KR regime used this specific location as a prison.

Cheoung Ek
On the same detour to visit Cheoung Ek, it was the execution ground for the torture victims of Tuol Sleng. Today a huge glass tower stands on the site, filled with the cracked skulls of men, woman and children exhumed from 129 mass graves in the area. It is estimated that around 40,000 Cambodians were murdered at Cheoung Ek between 1975 and 1978. Overnight in Phnom Penh. End of Tour
